The Dead On 98C Pro-Seal is a 6061-T6 billet power tube and front bolt replacement for the stock plastic powertube and front bolt. The front bolt has a .375 long delrin bushing for a smoother sliding surface. The benefits area more reliable power tube that will never crack as the plastic stock version. Your 98 Custom will be a little more efficient because of the bushing length, less blowby.
